Adult Day Support Program- Forest Park (Alzheimer Society of Cornwall & District)

The Adult Day Support Program at Forest Park works to develop and maintain the physical, intellectual, social and spiritual abilities of individuals with a probable diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease or related dementia.
