Description
The Montfort Memory Clinic is a part of Montfort Hospital. The hospital is Ontario’s Francophone academic hospital, offering exemplary person-centred care with goals to enhance targeted clinical services and become a clinical centre of excellence in multiple disease management. The memory clinic provides a geriatrician to evaluate multiple geriatric syndromes, with particular attention to memory disorders. If necessary, they have access to other members of the interprofessional team such as physiotherapists and occupational therapists. The geriatrician is Dr. Geneviève Lemay.
