Sandyhill Community Health Cantre offers integrated community health and social services, provides primary care with an emphasis on health promotion and assistance to clients to maintain maximum health status. Their services include Walk-in medical services, family medical care, chiropody, home visits, community outreach, group sessions for information and advice on a wide variety of health issues and concerns such as arthritis, menopause, nutrition, healthy weight, diabetes and quitting smoking.
