The Rainbow Valley Community Health Centre was approved for funding by the Ministry of Health in 2004. Since 2011, the health centre has partnered with St. Francis Memorial Hospital in Barry’s Bay. They provide a range of primary health care and health enhancing services including:Chronic Disease Monitoring & Education, Health Education – Groups & Individuals, Smoking Cessation, Laboratory Services, Social Work Services and Adult Fitness. Their programs and services would be helpful to both persons with dementia and caregivers.
