The MIFO Active Living Center offers retirees and semi-retirees activities that allow them to meet, thrive and practice healthy living in a French-speaking environment. MIFO is a place to meet, learn and play for people aged 50 and over. They offer many activities such as visual arts and crafts, reading club, choir, dance, zumba and fitness, yoga and tai chi, spanish classes, spiritual gatherings, sharing meetings (various subjects), bridge, social events, breakfasts, lunches and music classes.
