Description
Carefor Health & Community Services in Eastern Counties offers a wide range of in-home care and community support services designed to meet their community’s needs. They offer several exceptional programs and services, including Befriending programs, Caregiver Support, In-Home Exercise programs, Respite, Transportation programs, and many more. Their Meal Delivery Program is available seven days per week and will consist of a hot meal ready for immediate consumption or a frozen meal that you can heat and eat at your leisure. The meals are well-balanced and include a soup or salad, entrée and a dessert. They also accommodate special diets (diabetic, low salt, minced, vegetarian) whenever possible. Volunteers deliver meals to your home and spend a few minutes visiting with the client before moving on to their next delivery. The volunteer will alert the office if they have any concerns about your wellbeing.
