Established in 1996, TRAC Group was founded by Registered Speech-Language Pathologist Christine McCool and Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse and Certified Life Care Planner Ruth Leppard. They knew what disability management research proves: Clients with access to coordinated, interprofessional care have better outcomes when compared to services provided in isolation. They provide a variety of health services, including rehabilitation, disability management, and healthcare education. They understand the physiological, psychological, cognitive, vocational and social impact of traumatic brain injury on the person who has suffered the injury. They also understand the impact on caregivers and family members and aim to maximize client independence and quality of life at home, at work and in their community.
