Description

The Outreach Adult Day Program is a social and recreational program designed to optimize clients’ functional abilities to give them greater chances of staying in their home and or community. They offer physical activities, social and recreational activities, as well as educational and cultural activities. This program also provides meals based on the client’s dietary needs and preferences.
