OC Transpo is the Ottawa public transportation system with 170 fixed bus routes, two light rail lines and door-to-door transportation for persons with disabilities through Para Transpo. Online apps and live customer service to assist with navigating the system. Once you know your destination, staff can advise you on the best routes, times, costs to meet your needs. Their online app also provides travel options and a bus tracker so you can see when your ride is coming to your stop. Designated seating is available for persons with disabilities, and the driver can lower bus steps for easier access.
