Description

The Nepean Seniors Recreation Centre opened its doors at the Nepean Sportsplex on October 30, 1988. Membership of the Nepean Seniors Recreation Centre is annual (January to December) and includes a Seniors Centre Newsletter (available online or printed version), discounts on Registered Programs and access to all drop-in activities, Travel Club trips and special events. Since we share the Nepean Sportsplex facilities, members enjoy easy access to all of the Sportsplex activities. Some programs offered involve health and fitness, sport, technology, card games, and enjoying life (crafts, lunches, dance theatre).
