Description

At-Home Hospice (AHH) is a specialized nursing agency serving the Ottawa Valley. Their mission is to provide compassionate home-based health care to individuals and their families as they face end-of-life. Since its foundation in 2004, thousands of patients in Eastern Ontario with ages ranging from 3 months to 108 years have benefited from At-Home Hospice’s home-based care. Carol Seaby, the founder, has practiced nursing in the Ottawa area for over four decades before deciding to start the At-Home Hospice and expanded the notion of traditional hospice into a philosophy of care. The AHH provides palliative care, elder care, pediatric care, and education services.
